As Rheem's Creative Brand Manager, you will work with internal team members and agency partners to help manage and support creative development from inception to delivery. This includes brand, print, digital, visual brand language, brand licensing and our sustainability initiative, all high visibility projects. This position will serve our Replacement Parts Division, located in Randleman, NC. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to come into the office roughly 3 days/week. You must reside in a commutable distance to our Randleman office.
WHAT YOU¹LL DO:
• Support the development and implementation/revisions of brand guidelines across the Rheem family of brands portfolio (40+ to date).
• Coordinate and help lead brand training activities for associates and external marketing partners.
• Support the brand and creative activities for Rheem's global sustainability initiative and licensing program.
• Initiate creative briefs, obtain estimates from creative agency partners and establish/maintain project timelines based on team input and approval.
• Help manage internal team brand reviews, timelines and budget for projects, programs and brand campaigns, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders, including global marketing managers, brand team, etc.
• Provide visual and strategic feedback to assure deliverables are graphically appealing and visually on-brand.
• Serve as brand liaison with Rheem's legal department regarding Enterprise brand and sustainability trademark activities.
• Work collaboratively with global cross functional departments to help implement creative and brand requests (i.e., product naming, product badging, logos and artwork requests, print and digital ads, collateral, and signage).
• Collaborate with freelance designers and creative agencies on coordinating, managing and uploading new creative assets for global access in online repositories.
• Help develop presentations to support the brand marketing team, manage the global image library and provide guidance on brand asset requests.
• Manage miscellaneous brand marketing projects and special requests as assigned.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Bachelor's degree in brand, design/fine arts, marketing, visual communications or related field with a demonstrated aptitude for creative development and brand management.
• Five (5)+ years working in a large marketing organization, creative/brand agency or hands-on brand marketing experience, with a focus on creative development, strategic brand management, or a related subject matter.
• Graphic design experience, photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite software and related design software.
• Conceptual and design background pertaining to typography, color theory, illustration, photography and layout
• Design experience working with rapid conceptualization and delivery times
• Ability to clearly articulate design rational and present visual design work
• A project portfolio of brand focused work that articulates strategic creative development capabilities, showcases print + digital executional excellence and demonstrates an artistic eye and mastery of design elements, such as color , visual hierarchy and composition.
• Experience working with creative professionals, including copywriters and graphic designers, guiding projects from design brief to final implementation to achieve strategic project goals.
• Strong critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems that align with the practical needs of the business
• Proven experience of traditional print and digital production methodologies along with knowledge of file types.
• Ability to effectively communicate to key internal stakeholders, both up and down the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships, and thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment to accomplish objectives.
• P roficiency in creative thinking, quality assurance (QA), grammatical correctness and communication of complex ideas in simple terms .
• Highly organized, with superior attention to detail and initiative to actively pursue high levels of performance.
• Adjusts well to changing circumstances, working well in a busy, deadline-driven dynamic environment.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office software suite, particularly with PowerPoint and solid working experience with Adobe Creative Suite plus other digital platforms.
HOW TO STAND OUT
