Job Summary:
As part of the Reputation.com Professional Services (PS) team you will have a detailed knowledge of our applications, using this knowledge together with your engagement and consultative skills to maximize our solutions in the sales process.
Having represented the PS team in the sales cycle you will ensure seamless handover and transition to the PS implementation team, ensuring that customers’ requirements are fully understood and delivered.
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead for professional services during the sales cycle partnering with account executives on large enterprise engagements
Play a key role the discovery process and own the solution design against complex customer requirements spanning multiple product lines
Be the source for case studies and industry best practices. Leverage your CX and vertical expertise to prescribe customers the best path towards a successful implementation of their requirements.
Own the creation and presentation of SOWs formalizing the customer requirements, while building strong value associated with the pricing of services.
Partner with implementation managers and projects managers to hand over new customers in the post sales phase and oversee adherence and accuracy to the scope of work .
Continue to stay engaged with accounts, partner with our CSMs post onboarding for deeper integration, expansion of solutions, and growth in revenue.
Show leadership within the PS and HLS organizations by being available for training, guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of customer facing experience in a combination of strategic engagement, solutions consulting, sales, and account management roles.
Bachelors Degree Required.
The successful candidate should have prior experience partnering with a sales organization and management level business acumen.
The right person for this role will have confidence in being measured on key metrics such as bookings, revenue, close rates, and scoping accuracy.
You will be comfortable with consulting, presenting, and negotiating at all levels of the organization including up to C level executives
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong communicator, organized and analytical with the ability to work well under pressure.
