As the Director of Venture Traction for SSRH, you will be pivotal in driving the success of our founders through cultivating a strategic network within the region’s healthcare ecosystem. Collaborating closely with founders, you will craft and implement go-to-market strategies, expedite business development initiatives, and align execution with strategic objectives to ensure market success.
This role is perfect for a professional excelling at the nexus of healthcare ecosystem and partnership development. You will work alongside founders to develop customer pipelines, and build robust relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including providers, payers, and regulators.
Serving as a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise to guide market entry strategies, identify growth opportunities, and help founders navigate commercial traction and growth. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing a strong network of healthcare leaders, strategic advisors, and ecosystem partners across the Kingdom.
Joining a global team and reporting to the Vice President of Venture Traction, you will collaborate with Redesign teams to ensure alignment and execution of both local and global objectives. This is a unique opportunity to join as SSRH one of its first team members, playing a critical role in the Saudi innovation platform and advancing healthcare advancements across the Kingdom.
What you’ll do:
Founder Commercial Enablement & Support
- Connect Founders with Strategic Partners: Facilitate connections between founders and potential customers, strategic partners, and relevant experts to support their go-to-market and growth efforts.
- Best Practices and Resource Deployment: Collaborate with internal RH teams to identify and implement best practices, tools, and resources that empower founders to effectively execute their strategies.
- Leverage Partnership Ecosystem: Develop productized solutions tailored to the commercial landscape in KSA by leveraging Redesign Health’s U.S.-based resources and insights to drive value for portfolio companies in the region.
- Support Go-To-Market Strategies: Partner with founders to define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Enhance Redesign Health’s Strategic Insights: Gain valuable insights from partners such as health systems, payers, and other healthcare enterprises in the KSA to foster brand elevation and strengthen relationships for future collaborations.
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and Engage Partners: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage strategic partner accounts that align with founders' pipelines and growth objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of partners across diverse healthcare sectors, emphasizing health systems, payers, and other key healthcare enterprises within Saudi Arabia.
- Relationship Management: Oversee and nurture strategic partner relationships at all organizational levels, from executive leadership to commercial teams, ensuring effective gathering of partner insights and long-term success of founder and portfolio collaborations.
Talent & Culture
- Ambassadorial Role: Serve as a key ambassador for Redesign Health in the KSA, actively promoting our mission, values, and brand within the local community and broader industry.
- Operational Development: Lead the establishment and growth of Redesign Health Saudi Arabia’s commercial operations, fostering a positive and dynamic culture. Demonstrate versatility by taking on diverse roles and responsibilities to address various challenges and opportunities.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, network/ecosystem development, and/or revenue operations, with specific experience in Saudi Arabia (and broader understanding of the GCC market).
- Proven track record of working in healthcare domains such as health systems, digital health, pharmaceuticals, and/or health plans.
- Expertise in building and managing relationships with healthcare enterprises, existing provider networks, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and data analysis platforms like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
