We are seeking a passionate and talented Sr. Partner Success Program Manager to join our Partner Success & Academy team, focusing on enhancing partner engagement through innovative educational programs.

Role Overview:

As the Sr. Partner Success Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of partner success and academy initiatives that inspire and educate our advertising partners. Collaborating closely with Global Agency Development, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, you will create engaging learning experiences that drive adoption and maximize the value of Reddit Ads.

What You’ll Do:

• Program Execution: Work with the Senior Partner Enablement PM to implement a mix of training methodologies that enhance learning retention and scalability.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Education at Scale Task Force to establish priorities for client education, including go-to-market strategies and programming packages.
• Event Planning: Plan and develop both in-person and virtual experiences aimed at scaling education and optimizing the advertiser onboarding process.
• Certification Development: Create a strategy to enhance existing certification programs and introduce new ones that empower partners to succeed.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with Business Marketing to develop best-in-class communication strategies that inspire partners and keep Reddit top of mind.
• Creative Empowerment: Identify innovative ways to help advertising partners integrate Reddit Ads into their media strategies effectively.
• Product Marketing Partnership: Work with Product Marketing to ensure seamless go-to-market execution for new product launches, scaling education efforts.
• Program Metrics: Support the tracking and assessment of program metrics to evaluate impact and success, adjusting strategies as needed.

What We Can Expect From You:

• Expertise in Digital Advertising: Proven experience in digital/social media advertising and product education.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with partner academy technologies and tools, including learning management systems (e.g., Intellum, Workramp), Slido, Rise, and others.
• Dynamic Environment Experience: Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or agencies.
• Content Development: Strong background in building partner training content and programs.
• Simplification Skills: Ability to simplify complex subject matter for diverse audiences.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding customer needs, with exceptional listening skills and the ability to synthesize feedback.
• Scaled Learning Experiences: Experience in creating on-demand training, in-person or virtual workshops, and webinars.
