What you'll do:
- Contribute to the strategic creation and ongoing refinement of the Realtor.com industry story.
- Champion the core values that define Realtor.com's industry-friendly mission.
- Provide thought leadership to the industry on listing exposure, lead generation, brand marketing solutions, agent/broker software, and related topics.
- Strengthen MLS engagement across the customer base through relationship-building, educational programs, and advancing business and technical integration opportunities.
- Secure new and renewal contracts for Realtor.com and Listhub throughout the region.
- Represent Realtor.com professionally and accurately in all communications.
- Deliver dynamic in-person and virtual presentations on relevant topics and products for Association Executives, Boards of Directors, Senior MLS leadership, and MLS contacts.
- Support the development and execution of communications, including blogs, white papers, and newsletters for MLS customers. Maintain tracking systems for MLS marketing and communications.
- Collaborate with Industry Marketing and Industry Events to drive Industry Relations goals forward.

What you'll bring:
- Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- 8-12 years of industry relationship management experience, including at least 5 years in data agreement negotiation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong, lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and develop effective action plans.
- Skilled at working remotely and managing projects independently.
- Capable of handling multiple projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset; anticipates future trends and impacts.
- Experience in crafting and executing strategic communication plans.
- Quick to understand technical information and adept at translating it into impactful communications.
- Diplomatic approach; able to navigate complex political situations effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.
Salary Range for select office locations
- Illinois $182,000 to $259,400
