SUMMARY

We are seeking talented individuals, including students and recent graduates, to join us. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shadow and support Publisher Managers and Acquisition Managers to gain exposure to publisher management processes, including assisting with outreach to foster publisher activation and engagement.
  • Conduct a contact update campaign for publishers to ensure accurate information.
  • Assist in basic tasks such as data entry, account documentation, and responding to routine publisher inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support efforts to understand partner goals and contribute to ROI growth strategies through informed insights and collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities, enabling proactive engagement with high-growth publishers.
  • Assist project teams in various phases and tasks, ensuring smooth project execution and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Support the creation of one-pagers and educational materials for publishers and internal teams, enhancing communication and strengthening publisher engagement.
  • Collaborate with Global Support teams by assisting in daily tasks, ad hoc requests, and maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and techniques to improve workflow efficiency and contribute to team goals.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lists of publishers categorized by verticals, markets
  • Gain hands-on experience in managing and supporting a small portfolio of publishers under guidance, contributing to their growth and satisfaction.
  • Build foundational knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, industry practices, and company policies, applying these insights to real-world scenarios.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or recent graduate in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a strong willingness to gain hands-on experience.
  • Good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent English
