Job Summary:
The Merchant Operations Team is responsible for managing all merchant content across client malls, emails, and other marketing channels (point-of sale offers, banners, images, commission rates, etc.) Our team leverages a variety of internal and external tools ensure accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a Contract Digital Content Coordinator whose key responsibilities will be to oversee digital content campaigns and manage projects to reach outlined goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital content campaigns across multiple Client programs
- Manage special projects, new merchant/client launches and promotions
- Enter and publish content and perform quality assurance on all placement and offer launches
- Support the Sales team in the collection, execution and management of paid placements directly for select merchant accounts
- Communicate successes, opportunities, and solutions to Merchant Account Owners
- Execute new product and platform upgrades with Product and Engineering team
- Collaborate with Merchant Content, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure merchant offer accuracy across the Cartera network
- Responsible for communicating pertinent information to customer service including changes to the website, email content and campaign specific direct mail pieces
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of software development
- Experience in a marketing coordination, QA, content management, or project management role for a retail or consumer website
- Attention to detail & accuracy, adheres to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years relevant work or internship experience in online marketing/ retail/e-commerce
At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the hourly rate for this role will be between $/hr. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
