Job summary
Working closely with the Client Services team, particularly Account Managers, the Account Specialist supports the implementation and execution of affiliate program initiatives to ensure seamless and consistent campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with daily operations of affiliate programs, which includes creative development, technical integration, timely coordination with internal creative and development teams, and providing general administrative support.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with the Client Services team and other relevant Rakuten resources through meetings, emails, calls, and support tickets.
- Use strong persuasive communication skills to ensure all program and client deliverables are met.
- Monitor client performance and collaborate with the Client Services team to align strategies for achieving campaign goals.
- Analyze clients' competitive landscapes and gain an understanding of their business objectives, profit margins, and budget limitations.
- Approach problem-solving proactively, quickly identifying root causes and leveraging knowledge and internal resources to resolve client issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of client presentations as needed.
- Take initiative in promoting growth-focused campaigns and projects with clients.

Qualification Requirements
- BA degree required
- 1 years' experience in client support (agency, client, or consulting) preferrable
