You interact with clients at a senior level, leveraging your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results, while motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems and develop successful, diverse, and inclusive teams.

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management preferred
- Workday Engagement Manager (EM/PM) certification and related functional certification(s)
- Leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts
- Providing recommendations based on industry experience
- Collaborating across business and technology stakeholders
- Developing integrated project plans
- Monitoring project risks and recommending improvements
- Managing program budgets and monitoring forecasts
- Coaching staff and providing feedback

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
