The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Consulting team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful HCM solutions. As a Senior Manager, you are to guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, and representing the firm in community organizations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of Workday product experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification preferred
- Proficiency in HR technologies and aligning HR strategies
- Experience in configuring Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking
- Experience in managing multiple workstreams and projects
- Ability to provide recommendations based on leading practices
- Experience in managing client discussions and meetings
- Experience in leading teams across different time zones
- Ability to coach staff and provide feedback

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
