We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. In joining our finance team, you'll work with our clients to transform their finance function and processes by leveraging SAP applications to enhance their core transaction processing and reporting competencies ultimately strengthening their ability to support management decision making and corporate strategy.

Minimum Years of Experience:

6 years of SAP product experience

Certification(s) Preferred:

SAP services functional certification(s)

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and a proven record of success with SAP CO, product costing, and cost accounting including Material Ledger and Actual Costing, including:

  • Leading the SAP product costing workstream while having experience with at least three full implementations;


  • Aligning financial processes with SAP solutions across several industries, including Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Manufacturing;


  • Understanding of SAP architecture, including integration with other functions/modules, as well as managing inbound/outbound integrations related to cost accounting and inventory modules;


  • Delivering end-to-end SAP projects, including system integrations, financial reporting, and SAP migrations for multinational/global organizations;


  • Understanding the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, consumer products and industrial products;


  • Understanding of Life Sciences regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) and experience implementing SAP solutions with computer system validation;


  • Collaborating effectively with manufacturing and logistics teams to support account determination, inventory cutover preparations, and cost estimate releases;


  • Providing month-end close support, working closely with cost accountants (e.g., allocations, order settlements, management reporting) and FP&A for AOP/budgeting;


  • Demonstrates hands-on expertise in system configuration, enterprise structure, currencies, master data, and end-to-end business transactions;


  • Understanding intercompany transfer pricing in a multinational corporation and supports various transfer pricing arrangements (e.g., cost plus, LRD) for both Tax and transactional pricing;


  • Communicating effectively to lead workshops and articulate Product Cost leading practices;


  • Identifying and facilitating Key Design Decisions and dispositions with business and IT stakeholders, and


  • Developing presentations describing product costing and inter-company SAP functionality, identifying impacted business processes and data requirements.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and, preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
