The Opportunity

As part of the Technology Consulting team you lead technical consulting engagements in the Veeva Vault portfolio of applications across core business domains such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Safety, and Commercial applications. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

- Lead technical consulting engagements in the Veeva Vault portfolio

- Set strategic direction for business development and growth

- Oversee multiple projects achieving impactful outcomes

- Maintain and nurture executive-level client relationships

- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization

- Uphold the firm's reputation for quality and integrity

- Drive innovation and thought leadership in technology consulting

- Foster an inclusive environment where people and technology thrive

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years of experience

- Serving as a trusted client advisor in Veeva Systems

- Originating opportunities leading to wins

- Upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs

- Developing sales strategies

- Managing and monitoring program and project performance

- Partnering with Veeva and clients for on-time/on-budget delivery

- Providing coaching and mentorship to team members

- Establishing PwC as an industry leader in Veeva implementations

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
