A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You'll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits. Our team is responsible for managing our partners financial programmes, demographic data, reporting, and metrics within various Firm Human Resource systems. You'll focus on designing and managing partner distribution, providing partner information relating to areas of responsibility, and policy interpretation to resolve or escalate issues to upper management.

As an Oracle Cloud Product Strategy & Ops Director, you will oversee and drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of our Oracle Cloud product offerings. You will take ownership of day-to-day operational oversight for Oracle Cloud, enabling smooth operation and optimization of the system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and other departments, so that our Oracle Cloud solutions meet the needs of the firm.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

• Defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Oracle Cloud solutions;

• Leading the day-to-day operational oversight for Oracle Cloud, establishing smooth operation and system optimization;

• Developing and implementing operational processes, and policies to maximize system improvement;

• Working with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritizing business requirements, and driving continuous improvement of operational processes;

• Establishing regular communication of product roadmap to stakeholders of integrated products, and addressing cross product impacts/dependencies;

• Managing the product lifecycle, including release planning, feature prioritization, and delivery strategies;

• Developing and refining product roadmap to recognize milestones, dependencies, sequencing, and analyzing Features to establish alignment to product roadmap;

• Working closely with build teams to secure successful product build and implementation;

• Engaging with customers and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product;

• Staying updated on Oracle Cloud updates, and enhancements;

• Analyzing Quarterly Patch deliverables and works with business leads to learn about new features and deciding what may be included in future release;

• Providing status and progress updates to leadership, and other stakeholders, as needed;

• Utilizing comprehensive knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud, including HR, Talent Management, and other relevant modules;

• Showcasing proven experience in product management, preferably in the HR technology space;

• Demonstrating leadership skills with the ability to drive operational specialization;

• Establishing enhanced communication and cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;

• Proving ability to translate business requirements into actionable product strategies and roadmaps;

• Demonstrating comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Remaining proactive and self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives independently;

• Adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

• Driving project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Exhibiting Oracle Cloud certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation Specialist;

• Demonstrating previous experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades;

• Driving experience working in an Agile environment; and,

• Showcasing leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
