In sourcing and procurement at PwC, you will focus on optimising sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyse sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.

- Possessing experience using digital procurement and supply chain solutions (e.g., spend analysis, should costing, eRFX).
Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following Medical devices or BioPharma categories:Medical Devices
- Metals and Metal manufacturing processes (e.g., such as machining, grinding, stamping extrusions);
- Plastics and Plastic manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, thermoforming, extruding);
- Electronics - components and manufacturing (e.g., PCB, PCBA); and,
- Sterilization.BioPharma
- API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient);
- Reagents;
- Proteins;
- Chemicals;
- Sterile packaging;
- Contract manufacturing; and,
- Manufacturing and laboratory services.Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success supporting the supply chain process in three or more of the following skill sets, as well as a specialty in pharmaceutical, medical devices and biologics supply chain and operations including:
- Financial analysis and modelling;
- Operational excellence, including operations strategy development, implementation, and deployment;
- Strategic sourcing;
- Distribution and logistics;
- Process review, redesign and implementation;
- Product should costing (bottom up cost modelling); and,
- In-sourcing and/or outsourcing assessment

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
