The Opportunity
As part of the Cybersecurity team you design, implement, and manage security technologies and large distributed Operational Technology networks. As a Sr. Manager you lead teams in strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and securing project success while maintaining elevated standards. You guide complex projects from scoping to conclusion, develop thought leadership, and build new client relationships.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or Computer and Information Science
- 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master of Science preferred
- Palo Alto Networks Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or Cisco Network; Professional (CCNP) preferred;
- Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) or IEC/ISA 62443; Certification (Level 1-5) preferred;
- Designing and managing Palo Alto Firewall solutions;
- Managing large Operational Technology networks;
- Implementing routine updates for system security;
- Diagnosing and resolving network issues;
- Leading complex projects with diverse perspectives;
- Developing and growing team members;

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
