Our Testing as a Service team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations and our PwC implementation and managed services teams delivery testing solutions and testing excellence through automated testing. We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients . Through our testing managed services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues. As part of our testing as a service offering we work across a variety of enterprise level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow and more.

As a Oracle Test Lead in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:

  • Overseeing and taking part in the test preparation, execution, regression and closure activities for Oracle ERP Quarterly Patch Releases (A,B,C,D) and EPM Monthly Releases;
  • Analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging Product Teams in case of spotted inconsistencies;
  • Creating Test Automation Scripts and build framework using Subject7 or Opkey Tool;
  • Analyzing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging Product Teams in case of spotted inconsistencies;
  • Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs;
  • Taking care of the project's testware (test cases, defects, testing checklists and other related artifacts);
  • Cooperating with analysts, developers and product owners from all over the world;
  • Being a game changer by finding any possible improvements to Test Process or even Tested Software;
  • Developing use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle ERP, and take part in the execution of such test cases;
  • Providing support to testing team and end-users during the various test cycles; remediation and/or disposition of test case failures or anomalies;
  • Preparing System Configuration, Specification and training documents;
  • Carrying out on-going change request and maintenance of developed systems; and,
  • Demonstrating proven ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, test management tools, and any Oracle modules.

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
