Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities with and/or a proven record of success with direct experience leading transformational programs, including regulatory-oriented programs across these organizations across the front, middle, and back-office functions.
Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities as a team leader managing teams of various sizes in both an in-person and remote operating model in the capital markets space demonstrating proficiency in one or more of the following focus areas:
- Risk;
- Operations; and,
- Technology.
Demonstrates thought-leader level abilities with and/or a proven record of success directing efforts:
- Building and leading high-performing teams, including developing talent, building a culture of inclusion and mentorship;
- Developing impactful and sustained professional relationships with clients leading to future business opportunities;
- Leading business development initiatives;
- Developing marketing collateral;
- Drafting proposals;
- Attending conferences and other industry networking events;
- Contributing to thought leadership and other Firm-issued publications;
- Managing resource requirements, project workflow and budgets;
- Communicating complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences;
- Conducting and directing quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data; and,
- Demonstrating familiarity with applications used throughout the trade lifecycle for booking, risk management, position tracking, clearing, and settlement.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
