The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Crimes Data and Analytics team you define and drive end-to-end fraud transformation at client organizations by scoping and shaping strategy, business goals, innovation, programs, and deliverables. As a Manager you lead teams and projects, managing client accounts and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for consulting and delivering on enterprise-wide fraud detection and prevention solutions across user and business journeys with the primary function to map fraud strategies into architecture and technology strategy.

- Consult and deliver on enterprise-wide fraud detection and prevention solutions
- Map fraud strategies into architecture and technology strategy

- Secure the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience

- Master of Science in Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Statistics preferred
- Consulting in the financial crimes space
- Defining and driving end to end fraud transformation
- Leading fraud platform strategy, design and architecture
- Consulting and delivering on enterprise-wide fraud detection and prevention solutions
- Demonstrating hands on experience in evaluating, implementing and managing fraud solutions
- Demonstrating ability to deploy data driven solutions
- Demonstrating capacity to build and deploy complex data driven fraud solutions
- Demonstrating hands on experience with identity verification and identity and access management solutions

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
