You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

At the Administrative level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates proven knowledge of performing administrative operations and tasks involving the use of scanning technologies and related administrative tasks for a global network of professional services consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding and dynamic environment, focusing on detail orientation, critical thinking and problem-solving; and,
- Performing and executing requests and tasks independently with minimal supervision, delivering a quality work product. Demonstrates proven abilities to learn, understand and follow the firm's administrative and fiscal policies and procedures, emphasizing the following areas:
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding and dynamic environment, focusing on detail orientation, critical thinking and problem-solving; and,
- Performing and executing requests and tasks independently with minimal supervision, delivering a quality work product.
- Displaying professional communication when interacting with internal and external customers, employing business professional grammar in both orally and written formats across all levels of management and clients;
- Anticipating proactively administrative support that should be provided; and,
- Performing as a team player with a focused attention toward detail-orientation and organizational abilities.

The projected duration of this Fixed Term project is 12 weeks.

The salary range for this position is: $35,000 - $122,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
