As part of the Data Management team you design and implement data architecture strategies that align with business goals and data governance policies. As a Senior Manager, you act as a strategic advisor, utilizing your knowledge to guide cross-functional teams and develop scalable, sustainable data architecture solutions. You lead efforts in data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance, promoting industry standards and maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles in data architecture, data management, or related roles
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- Certification in Microsoft Purview
- Designing scalable data architecture strategies
- Leading data warehousing and data lake development
- Establishing data governance policies
- Utilizing data visualization tools like Power BI
- Managing data services on AWS and Azure
- Demonstrating proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Providing leadership and mentorship to data teams

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
