The Opportunity
As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency - Technology and Data team you are to design and implement security and controls for Workday applications. As a Senior Associate you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting
- 2 years of Workday controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing

What Sets You Apart
- Knowledge of Workday security design across functional and technical areas
- Experience with Workday solutions like Accounting Center and Adaptive Planning
- Proficiency in business process risk and controls frameworks
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley readiness and controls optimization
- Leading end-to-end Workday security implementations
- Conducting security design workshops with client stakeholders
- Designing security measures for Workday Financials and Human Capital Management
- Managing client relationships and addressing client needs
- Experience in project management and developing project plans

The salary range for this position is: $82,000 - $204,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
