  • Communicates in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and oral formats, including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
  • Demonstrates flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
  • Understands personal and team roles;
  • Delivers significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative;
  • Builds, maintains, and utilizes networks of trusted client relationships;
  • Manages resource requirements effectively, project workflow, budgets, and status updates;
  • Seeks guidance, clarification and feedback proactively and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor;
  • Possesses capabilities with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau);
  • Leverages AI to generate efficiencies with completing tasks proficiently;
  • Demonstrates flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require;
  • Researches and analyzes technical matters, while utilizing problem-solving skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis of large and complex data sets, conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses using the standard suite of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to execute related deliverables; and,
  • Utilizes proven written and verbal business communication skills when interacting with team members in a professional setting.

Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in operational M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis, with additional knowledge of one or more of the following functional areas:

  • Finance;
  • Information Technology; and,
  • Human Resources or Supply Chain / Operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws.
