Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity
You are applying for a Deals Internship. An offer for this internship will also include an invitation to PwC's Women's Consulting Experience (pwc.com/wce).
As part of the Deals team you support the Deal Integration and Achievement initiatives. As an Intern/Trainee you support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success. This role emphasizes learning new skills and performing basic tasks to contribute to project goals, with opportunities to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting varying challenges and scope.

What You Must Have
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree either as sophomores in a four-year degree program or juniors in a five-year degree program
- The Women's Consulting Experience (WCE) program is eligible to students who self-identify as female

What Sets You Apart
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management/Research, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Analytics preferred
- Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
- Preferred major GPA: 3.3
- Demonstrating knowledge in operational Mergers & Acquisitions and Divestitures
- Utilizing skills in integration and separation planning
- Experience in synergy and cost savings analysis
- Exhibiting team member abilities
- Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner
- Utilizing flexibility in prioritizing tasks
- Building meaningful relationships with team members
- Demonstrating capabilities with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Leveraging AI effectively to generate efficiencies

The salary range for this position is: $37.00 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
