The Opportunity
As part of the Strategy Analytics team you are expected to support PE and corporate clients in developing perspectives and creation strategies. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to deliver projects in a dynamic environment, manage multi-resource engagements, and leverage advanced technology, data, and analytics to address client needs.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics preferred
- Working with business frameworks to analyze markets
- Working with alternative data and market data sets
- Demonstrating knowledge about financial statements, business cycles, business diligence, financial modeling, and valuation
- Delivering projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Delivering business results that reflect strategic, creative thinking
- Managing multi-resource engagements, including off-shore resources
- Demonstrating communication and presentation skills in client settings
- Demonstrating ability to quickly identify and address client needs
- Demonstrating experience with collaboration, ingenuity, and innovation
- Synthesizing insights and recommendations into a tight and cohesive presentation
- Conducting quantitative analyzes of complex data
- Demonstrating success in data extraction/transformation, analytics, and visualization approaches
- Demonstrating success leveraging data and business intelligence software
- Demonstrating skills in Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Working with relational databases/data models
- Demonstrating knowledge about and experience with basic programming
- Demonstrating knowledge of advanced analytics, big data, and AI/ML concepts

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
