As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
