Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge and success in managerial roles providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. Demonstrates proven intimate knowledge and success in managerial roles interviewing executive management at target companies, as well as intimate knowledge assessing a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.Demonstrates proven intimate ability and success with managing the resolution of issues in technical accounting areas such as US GAAP and SEC reporting, especially pertaining to business combinations. Demonstrates proven intimate abilities and success as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The Opportunity

As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to interview executive management at target companies and assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.

What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
