You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation's value.

The Opportunity
As part of the Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services team you are expected to engage in research, analyze complex transactions, and communicate findings to clients. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to support senior staff, participate in project tasks, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.

- Before starting with PwC on a permanent basis, associates are required to be eligible to sit for the primary credential exam relevant to their practice area, such as having 150 credit hours to sit for the CPA exam in certain states.

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $100,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
