As part of the Business Application Consulting team you collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. As a Senior Associate, you focus on relationship building, managing others, and navigating complexity while growing your personal brand. You lead efforts in consulting, customizing, and implementing Dynamics applications, promoting resourceful and top-performing solutions.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification
- Demonstrating thorough ability to collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Functional Consultants, Technical Architects, clients, business teams and engineering teams including developers, testers and PMO to deliver a quality product and implementation
What Sets You Apart
- Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
- Certification(s) preferred: CRM: D365 Sales, Marketing, Service Dynamics CRM (D365/2013/2011)
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Microsoft D365 CE
- Advising on complex MS Dynamics 365 business cases
- Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Leading and delivering through the lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 solution
- Providing industry leading practices and guidance
- Identifying creative workarounds to meet requirements

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
