The Opportunity
As part of the Cybersecurity Incident Management team you are responsible for efforts in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Governance, establishing resilient strategies to protect and sustain operations. As a Manager, you guide teams in developing exceptional deliverables, utilizing your knowledge to address complex problems and manage client service accounts. You play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, driving strategic planning, and maintaining standards of integrity and authenticity while embracing technology and innovation.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Cybersecurity, or Information CyberSecurity
- 5 years of experience

- Experience in completing a Business Impact Assessment
- Understanding of basic Disaster Recovery processes
- General understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience with business continuity/resilience technology platforms

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
