Description

We are looking for a Global Head of Corporate Communications. This role sits within the global marketing and communications organization and plays a critical role in brand building and brand awareness activities. A successful candidate will have experience building and managing brand reputation, developing a compelling global communications strategy to elevate brand awareness, leveraging communications to drive growth, maintaining strong relationships with top-tier tech, business, trade and broadcast press and managing M&A communications.

This leader should think ambitiously and be comfortable with subject areas in our key industries, ranging from financial services to energy and commodities, health and transportation and mobility. An individual in this role must have the ability to pivot and produce quickly, stay apace with the news cycle and technology trends and leverage data and analytics in order to support business objectives. This is a highly visible leadership position, reporting to the Global CMO.

Your Impact
• The Global Head of Corporate Communications will continue to shape and set the strategy for PR and media relations at Publicis Sapient, maximizing brand awareness.
• Develop and drive the global PR and communications strategy, ensuring the focus is on garnering quality coverage that builds brand reputation worldwide, driving growth as well as engaging and inspiring our target audiences.
• Identifying opportunities for partnerships to engage top-tier media and other opinion leaders with compelling storytelling, especially in key markets (US, UK, France, Germany, MENA and Australia).
• Use various marketing levers available to amplify coverage based on data and analytics.
• Lead a global team and maintain day-to-day operations, including budget, covering key capabilities, managing individual career growth, team meetings, representing the function with the leadership team and across the organization. This is a highly visible and collaborative leadership function, working directly with c-suite leaders, heads of diverse industries, other members of the marketing and communications leadership team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage M&A announcements and transactions, liaising with our internal M&A team and parent company Publicis Groupe
• Serve as the final arbiter of standards, judgment and ethics for all external media published about Publicis Sapient.
• Primary point of contact for many external media stakeholders across a global organization. Possess both an ability to speak to high-level concerns, as well as granular questions about story angles and business themes.
• Continually look to push the boundaries and experiment.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $155,000 - $250,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
