PGIM Custom Harvest is a leader in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. Our separately managed accounts (SMAs) seek to provide exposure aligned with a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha. These portfolios can be customized to meet individual client needs.

The role will be based in Newark, NJ as a Hybrid position.

What you can expect

New Accounts and Account Maintenance:

  • Manage New Account onboarding with Archer IMS our Service Provider
  • Daily review of all new accounts and existing accounts
  • Review and resolve missing account information
  • Retrieve Tax Lot information on Pending accounts
  • Work with our Internal Client Service Team with communications
  • Hourly review of account terminations, restrictions and freezes
  • Manage our Pending New Account Report Process
  • Respond to Archer email inquiries about account statuses throughout the day
  • Maintain missing data information in Archer
  • Update daily operational metrics and send to the internal group
  • Ad hoc requests for Account reporting inquiries
  • Manage the Daily Pending New Account Report and internal communications
  • Proactive developing processes as the business evolves

Operational/Account Research

  • Act as the operational liaison for account level research working with the Business Management, Client Service and Trade Teams
  • Research account and or data issues, identify the problem and recommend solutions
  • Prepare Ad Hoc Reports as internal requests come in
  • Special Projects - Data analysis
  • Support the Performance department with requests
  • Support Composite Reporting Requests
  • AUM reporting

Trade Support Assistance:

  • Work with trade support manager on End of Day Trade Blotters
  • Perform Daily Reconciliation oversite of Archer
  • Support Traders on Ad Hoc Requests
  • Comprehend and support Trade Correction processes
  • Back up Trade support team
  • Advanced Excel skills are needed for advanced analytic requests
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external parties.

Salary Disclosure

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $115,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
