What you will do:
The Institutional Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the development of Benelux and Nordics prospects and clients, providing day to day support to the Senior Client Advisors and directly engaging with a wide range of internal resources/partners to assist with the closing of institutional sales and the deepening and widening of relationships.

What you can expect:
- Participate as key member of the Benelux and Nordics Institutional Client Advisory team based in Amsterdam, as well as being an active member of the wider EMEA Client Advisory Group based in London
- Develop asset class knowledge and a solid understanding of PGIM Fixed Income ("PGIMFI") strategies processes, resources, and capabilities.
- Develop understanding of the local regulatory regimes within the Benelux and Nordics and how these influence different investor behaviour and decision-making.
- Day to day interface with a wide range of business partners and stakeholders across PGIMFI such as; Client Advisory Group, Product and marketing, Investment, Compliance and Operations.
- Support Client Advisors with on-going sales and sales-related communication with existing clients and prospects
- Assist in the coordination of meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prepare materials providing background on institutional prospects including bios, plan details, company /market challenges, existing managers and strategies, etc., to help best identify opportunities and position PGIMFI for future growth. This will involve using data tools (ie Aladdin, Tableau, E-vestment)
- Write-up meeting notes ensuring all notes are uploaded to CRM/Salesforce and support meeting follow-up actions
- Champion maintenance of client data, sales pipeline, client mapping and create custom reports ie for distribution and event invitation lists via the Client Relationship System (Salesforce)
- Partner with Marketing team to support the coordination and preparation of client/prospect events
- Attend occasional industry association meetings and related conferences
- Conduct external research and data analysis (via external data bases) to provide market intelligence to support new sales initiatives and guide the strategic direction of our sales efforts.
What you will bring:
- High level of self-initiative, with strong integrity and ethics
- Effective team player; able to work with people of all levels
- Organized, detail oriented, with strong time management and active listening skills
- Reliable self-starter with ability to problem solve on their own
- Tech competent within Microsoft Office and can adapt to use a range of data systems
- Familiarity with fixed income securities and/or financial services a plus
- 0-3 years experience within investment industry or sales/client service support roles
- Language skills required: Dutch and English, any additional languages a plus
- Bachelor Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications
- Willing to travel as necessary
