What you will do:

The Institutional Client Advisory Support Specialist will be an integral part of a Sales and Consultant Relations team focused on the UK, Ireland and Middle East, with a core responsibility of assisting with the identification and cultivation of institutional relationships and opportunities.

What you can expect:

  • Develop asset class fluency and a solid understanding of PGIM Fixed Income strategies (traditional and alternative), processes, resources and capabilities
  • Support the team with qualitative and quantitative research, including on institutional prospects and consultants, distribution channels, competitors, themes and trends, and lead generation
  • Provide assistance organizing meetings, preparing participants, coordinating presentation materials, arranging follow ups, and writing meeting notes
  • Assist and participate with general sales and prospecting activity including preparing tailored sales and new business-related communications
  • Attend proprietary and third-party conferences and events to represent PGIM Fixed Income and develop own network
  • Partner with a wide range of internal teams across global offices to further prospecting efforts and work on broader ad-hoc collaborative projects, including product strategy, marketing, investment professionals, compliance, executive management
  • Attend proprietary and third party conferences and events to represent PGIM Fixed Income and develop own network over time

  • Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 12 times you basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
