The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:
RELS is seeking an Asset Management and Servicing Intern. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to learn and develop a broad range of commercial real estate experience in financial, credit, and analytical skills. The candidate will be involved with multiple activities including monitoring of collateral performance, studying property trends and cash flows, and assisting with other servicing / asset management duties and projects.
The candidate shall possess good common sense, a good work ethic, the ability to work well in a team environment, a sense of urgency, sound business judgment and will be dependable demonstrating an elevated level of integrity.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Provide analytical support to senior members of the team on a wide variety of assignments, including historical trend analysis, cash flow modeling, risk analysis, property valuation, market analysis, and borrower and tenant credit analysis.
- Attention to accurate detail, take initiative to continually improve the integrity of portfolio information and meet capital source reporting deadlines.
- Research and analyze market data, monitor trends and comparable transactions with portfolio cash flows to determine collateral value and risk.
The successful candidate will benefit from a broad exposure to all aspects of RELS's commercial real estate servicing and asset management business including:
- Development of strong credit and real estate valuation skills.
- Exposure to all commercial property types (multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality and healthcare) and exposure to various real estate markets throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
- Direct interaction with senior members of RELS, PGIM RE, borrowers, and agencies.
- Development of critical skills required in asset management and origination roles.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualifications:
- Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology and/or Systems, or Operational areas of study preferred but not required
- Quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and ebbs and flows of business, think critically to solve problems, and collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management within the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
