Timeline:

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. You will be exposed to the Investor Reporting functions for PGIM Real Estate's Institutional and 3rd Party business. This includes reporting of transactions and the remittance of funds received from borrowers along with maintaining and interfacing and internal and external clients. You will also assist with initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, ensuring timely and accurate data that is needed for daily and monthly operations.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating the receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower funds during a loans prefunding period.
  • Collaborating with internal and external parties to prepare daily and ad-hoc investment reports. This includes valuations, investor remittance files, and other financial statements.
  • Reviewing account reconciliations, investor files and wire transfers for accuracy.
  • Interpreting servicing agreements, regulations, standard operating procedures, and loan documents to ensure requirements are being met.
  • Preparing applicable journal entries based on reconciliations.
  • Assisting in identifying efficiencies relating to process automation and writing project plans; partnering with the team to execute the plans.
  • Assisting in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology and/or Systems, or Operational areas of study preferred but not required
  • Quantitative skills and proven analytical ability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and ebbs and flows of business, think critically to solve problems, and collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management within the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
