Prudential Group Insurance Marketing is seeking a Project Manager to join the organization. The Marketing Project Manager will organize and manage a variety of marketing projects for all Group Insurance products and service offerings. The Project Manager will work directly with internal business partners within and outside of Marketing to provide on-time management and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications with multifaceted deliverables by working closely with cross functional teams (i.e. Editorial, Design, Production, Compliance, Multimedia). Must be extremely well-organized and able to maintain detailed project timelines, along with report job progress to project team. Candidate should be comfortable working as part of an agile team as well as leading an increased number of projects in a fast paced environment. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent writing, time management and finishing skills to meet tight deadlines is critical.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and production of marketing materials on time and on budget/within scope through oversight of projects. Marketing and content background desired.
- Manages detailed project plans from strategy/launch to execution/optimizations, assembling the right stakeholders for collaboration, support and approvals using the Workfront platform.
- Ensures projects are completed according to specifications, best practices and Prudential's standards.
- Oversees marketing projects, assigning tasks, documenting work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proactively looks for opportunities to improve on process efficiencies through the lens of business needs.
- Maintains general awareness of other content projects and initiatives to help identify impacts to current work or opportunities for better efficiency.
- Maintains standard work and processes including requesting, developing and tracking ongoing projects.
- Adopts, utilizes and role models the Workfront platform as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem-solving culture.
- Facilitates communication upwards and across project team including project status, project schedules, justifications for variances, and technical information (architecture, design, specifications, and implementation objectives).
- Serves as point of contact for project status and information.
- Review, proof and edit draft communication materials and presentations for accuracy and to maintain unified message points.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
- 3 years communications or related experience, preferably in Financial Service industry.
- 3 years in project management or agency traffic management.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Workfront or similar tool to configure work management solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
EWA is 2 days in a Pru office in NJ, CT or PA.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
