Senior Leadership members of USB Service are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our organization. This position will assist a Vice-President and two Chief Product Officers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedules meetings, maintains calendars and supports general administrative work of moderate difficulty and complexity.
- Assists with virtual and in-person meeting planning/preparation, coordinates in-office activities.
- Process procurement orders for office equipment and supplies.
- Manages distribution lists.
- Informs leaders of pertinent business and/or HR updates.
- Partner with other business groups on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven
- Prior Administrative Assistant experience is a plus
- Prior experience with Office 360 is a plus
Additional Requirements:
This is a Hybrid position. New hire will need to come into the office three days a week and work virtually the rest of the week. Therefore, new hires must be able to provide the following & all new hires who work remotely will be held accountable to these standards:
- Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary.
- Quiet area in your home with minimal distractions and noise free.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $69,200.00 to $103,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
