Your Team & Role

As a Director, Information Security Operations- IAM Enablement on the Identity and Access Management team in the Information Security Office, you will partner with other security professionals to improve the security of company and client data. This role will involve driving the transformation of IAM processes, policies, and technologies to enhance security, compliance, and user experience across the organization. You will execute on a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organization's security and business objectives. As a senior leader, you will provide leadership and guidance to the IAM team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a technical expert, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and cross-functional teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do!

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day

  • Execute on the strategy and design of the future of the IAM Enablement program, from new processes/procedures to new relationships with other teams
  • Align to senior management's vision, while communicating status, metrics, and updates accordingly.
  • Establish the organization training plans, handle escalations, remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts both internal and external, communicate goals to the team end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about business impact
  • Bring an expert understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, provide technical guidance and leadership to team members and role-model our continuous learning culture by embedding learning and innovation in the day-to-day
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of innovative security principles and theory
  • Lead transformation of capabilities across technology and operations teams, while removing highly complex process impediments, and align the enterprise control roadmap


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other security and business assets
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members and role-model our continuous learning culture by embedding learning and innovation in the day-to-day

The Skills & Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
  • Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
  • Ability to effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven experience leading IAM transformation projects in large, complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and standards (e.g. SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, LDAP, SAML, OAuth)

Significant experience and/or deep expertise with the following:

  • NIST and ISO 27000 Standards
  • Identity Governance and Administration
  • Privileged Access Management
  • Data Loss Prevention and Data Security
  • Compliance Monitoring and Remediation
  • Managing information security risk at enterprise scale

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA are highly desirable

The salary range for this role is from $148,800.00 to $201,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
