What you will do
The Treasury Associate Manager is a key member of the PGIM Treasury Planning and Analysis team and will interact with multiple PGIM finance teams and businesses as well as with other corporate functional groups such as Corporate Treasury, Corporate Management Reporting and PGIM Business Units. This role will help provide analytical treasury support to PGIM CFO and PGIM Treasurer.
This role will focus on all Capital Management aspects for PGIM, including, but not limited to the quarterly capital-related forecasts and actuals reporting, preparing the Annual Capital Plan, Treasury and Regulatory related initiatives, ad-hoc analytics and other special projects as needed.
What you can expect:
- Compile and communicate the treasury forecast efforts across PGIM's business units and prepare quarterly exhibits on the results to corporate management. Enter relevant capital, debt and cash flows submissions into internal Prudential forecasting systems
- Support the Annual Capital Plan focused on balance sheet utilization including cash flows, debt and equity and assist with presentation to management including to Prudential's CFO
- Coordinate the quarterly debt covenants and ratings triggers across PGIM and compile a quarterly summary to PGIM's CFO
- Analyze quarterly cash flows and related payout ratio metrics, including the quarterly dividend distribution across domestic and international entities
- Calculate and maintain required capital and volatility charges for investments in the seed and co-investment portfolio
- Monitor PGIM's borrowing by coordinating with the PGIM Businesses and Treasury's Borrowing and Liquidity Team
- Calculate and analyze the effect of foreign exchange rates on PGIM's earnings
- Support various ad hoc requests and strategic projects
What you will bring:
- 4 to 8+ years proven track record working in a Corporate Treasury, Planning & Analysis or management consulting; prior experience in Asset Management or Big 4 Accounting is a plus
- Strong preference for candidate with strong investment management background including candidates with CFA, CPA or other advance quantitative investment degrees
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, with an ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
- Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information.

The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $115,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
