Swedish Medical Center is rapidly growing and seeking three full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Surgeon to join its practice that has been a part of the Swedish Pediatric Specialty Care team since 2001. This practice is part of a large multispecialty clinic that consists of Pediatric-trained providers in the fields of General Surgery, Pulmonology, ENT, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Sports Medicine and Infectious Disease. This practice provides a strong referral base for prenatal consultations and newborns with Urologic concerns. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of Pediatric Surgeons and Pediatric Nephrologists who treat infants born with congenital anomalies. Swedish has a busy ambulatory surgical service with strong ties to the Primary Care practices in the region. There is a Level IV NICU, PICU and in-house Pediatric Hospitalist service to support inpatient care. Pediatric anesthesiologists and child life specialists provide experienced care to optimize patient safety and family experience. Swedish Medical Group has clinics that are located on the hospital campuses in downtown Seattle and east of the city in Issaquah. In addition to outpatient clinic visits and consultations, this practice provides physician back-up for nurse-led calibrated uroflow, therapists who treat pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction and a nurse practitioner who has built a practice managing voiding dysfunction and constipation. - 0.5 FTE Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Urology
- An ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in Pediatric Urology with well-developed clinical skills and experience in laparoscopy, robotics and endoscopy
- Current BLS and PALS Certification required
- Compensation is between $212,714 and $297,163 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Swedish Medical Center's First Hill campus is a 697-bed, general medical and surgical hospital in downtown Seattle. The largest of Swedish's five hospitals, First Hill is considered the main Swedish campus. In addition to the hospital and emergency department, the campus is home to the Swedish Cancer Institute and the Swedish Orthopedic Institute. The hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including the area's largest childbirth center, NICU and specialty pediatric care.
