As a Staff Counsel within PNC's Fiduciary Practice Group of AMG Legal, you will be based within the PNC footprint.
This position will provide legal support and counsel to the Asset Management Group businesses where PNC serves as the trustee or executor of personal or charitable trusts and estates. Legal support includes, among a variety of other tasks, legal and fiduciary risk identification/management.

Applicants should have a juris doctor degree, and a minimum of five years of experience working in a law firm or bank. LLM in taxation preferred, but not required.
Job Description
- Under the supervision of a senior attorney, identifies and manages legal risk for the organization.
- Provides procedural legal advice on routine legal matters.
- Conducts research and provides legal support to more senior attorneys within the enterprise legal function on a variety of complex legal and business issues.
- Reviews and prepares transactional and other routine legal documentation.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $84,500.00 - $194,350.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
