As a Quality Analyst within PNC's Treasury Management Integrated Receivables Group, you will be based in one of the locations below and work from your home office 50% of the time and at the office 50% of the time when conducting on site testing.

Locations: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Itasca, Illinois, Cleveland, Ohio, Atlanta, Georgia, Pasadena, California, Dallas, Texas or Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

In this User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role your time will be focused on testing the RID processing platform and remote deposit capture platforms at home and in the office. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday with some flexible hours required.

Experience: 1+ year of PNC Lockbox experience to include a detailed understanding of the RID processing platform.
UAT experience is a plus.

Job Description
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
  • Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
  • Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve incoming quality levels.
  • Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $37,000.00 - $81,900.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
