In this role you will be responsible for leading our Infrastructure Support & Reliability Team. This new position is responsible for curating and leading the new and growing team responsible for the Tempus Incident and Problem Management discipline as well as overall observability, analysis and support activities serving the company's IT and Application environments and the DevOps teams (Federal and Commercial). You will have the exciting opportunity to work with applications and environments providing hosted services to some of the country's largest healthcare, commercial and federal government agencies.. Specific job duties may include the following:

Support and Incident Management
• Lead the Incident Management and Observability/Support discipline, ensuring effective collaboration and performance across a diverse range of infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Develop and implement incident management processes to minimize downtime and mitigate the impact of infrastructure failures.
• Coordinate with other teams to prioritize and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.

Reliability & Support
• Supports IT Environment Managers' initiatives to improve the reliability and resilience of our infrastructure systems and applications through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
• Implement, operate and support monitoring and alerting systems to detect and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Analyze system performance data to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance reliability and performance.

• Customer Implementation Teams

Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
• Proven experience with incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Job Description
  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Initiates, owns and drives the identification, evaluation and direction of solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for business demand management, technology expenditures, client feedback & relationship management and the overall client experience with the technology organization.
  • Manages the consulting services and communications to internal business group(s) on process improvement project(s) designed to support product strategies and revenue generation/cost reduction.
  • Manages the analysis & elicitation of client requirements, and the transformation of requirements into functional/non-functional requirements.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $182,390.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
