Pluralsight's legal department is looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team! This individual will provide administrative and project support to the legal department. They are often the first person who customers and internal stakeholders interact with and therefore have an extreme expectation for executive and professional demeanor.

What you'll do:
- Provide legal administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer
- Executive assistant to the Chief Legal Officer, managing calendar, inbox and making travel arrangements
- Maintain and update departmental records
- Route documents for signature using electronic signature software and ensure executed contracts are provided to appropriate internal departments and filed in the document management system
- Serve as liaison between the legal department and other departments pertaining to execution of legal projects and implementation of contract requirements
- Maintain professional level of communication with internal and external contacts, while exercising discretion with confidential information
- Gather information and conduct initial research on requested subjects
- Provide support to attorneys on litigation matters, including document production and email review
- Under supervision of attorneys, draft and revise a variety of contracts, forms, and other documents, including waivers, and non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements
Experience you'll bring:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in document generation and proofreading
- Adept in management of multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in use of G-Suite products
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with appropriate sensitivity and discretion
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with ability to exercise good judgment and interact professionally with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Two (2) or more years of experience working as a legal assistant or similar position
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $77,000 - $95,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
