Calculate, model and implement system changes for Operations and long term Regional Transmission Expansion plan. BS in Electrical Engineering and 5 years experience in ISO reliability testing methodologies. Experience must include preparation of operations planning cases, participation in system inertia evaluation and voltage limits/control studies; TSAT, VSAT and PSS/E.
