The Director of Digital Organizing and Campaigns will expand our digital organizing and campaigns programming by cultivating relationships with active online communities, identifying activation opportunities, coordinating with activation stakeholders on content distribution, assessing trends and developing relationships with online activists, thought leaders, and influencers. This candidate must have knowledge of mapping movements and political landscapes and the ability to assess which methods of movement strategy and volunteer empowerment models of organizing that will be most effective. They have a proven track record of building partnerships and alliances, and an understanding of how communities, institutions and movements have worked to deliver tangible change.
