ROLE SUMMARY：
R2R Senior Finance Process Associate is responsible for R2R daily operation, period end closing, balance sheet account reconciliation, report submission etc. Ensure the operation meet SLA and compliance requirement, provide audit support. Participant CI or global/ cross process/market projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES：
Ability to understand, adhere to and ensure team's compliance with company policies and accounting controls that are specific to R2R process Responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger operation work. Responsible for period end close to ensure a timely and accurate submission. Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations before due date and follow up open items to ensure aging items are properly addressed Timely submission for periodic management reporting. Identify opportunities and lead projects to improve existing process to improve compliance and efficiency. To develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximise customer service and meet Service Level Agreements. Support internal and external audit Ad-hoc requirement assigned by line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Accounting Minimum of 5 years of BPO or finance experience Fluent in English or other foreign language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
CPA equivalent or working towards is preferred Proficiency with SAP/E1, Excellent computer skills Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle multiple tasks Self-motivation, energy and flexibility
