Overview: The PfizerForAll lead will hold overall accountability for the PfizerForAll.com platform, strategic direction, business prioritization and provide leadership to a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, engineering and agency partners.

This highly experienced and dynamic leader will drive success of PfizerForAll as a single, integrated destination for direct-to-patient digital experiences across Pfizer's U.S. Commercial organization. PfizerForAll aims to make healthcare and managing health and wellness more seamless for people across the U.S. by providing an end-to-end experience that supports millions of Americans affected by common illnesses like migraine, COVID-19, flu and other high-prevalence conditions. The platform simplifies access to healthcare by offering services such as same-day independent consultations with healthcare professionals, finding and booking adult vaccinations, ordering diagnostic tests, receiving over the counter and prescription medications at home, and finding savings and support if prescribed a Pfizer medicine.

Responsibilities: As PfizerForAll Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire program strategy and business operations of the PfizerForAll platform. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Platform Strategy: Serve as the overall platform and business owner for the PfizerForAll direct-to-patient website (PfizerForAll.com) and consumer services. This includes ensuring the platform meets the needs of patients, our customers and aligns with business objectives, and that a clear platform strategy is established providing vision and objectives for the product roadmap, accommodating both business unit (franchise) and enterprise brand consumer engagement objectives.
  • Product Development: Oversee the development, design, testing, and rollout of new features, functionality, and services. You will work closely with expert cross-functional teams skilled in product management, design, development and engineering to ensure timely and successful new service, feature and capability launches.
  • Brand Alignment: Align PfizerForAll and Brand/Franchise priorities with respective P&L holders and Enterprise Brand management to ensure that the platform's goals are in sync with the broader business strategy and financial targets, and an efficient consumer engagement model is delivered.
  • Consumer Experience: Develop a frictionless and dynamic consumer experience. This involves continuously improving the user interface and user experience to ensure that customers can easily navigate and utilize the platform's features. Drawing inspiration from leading organizations outside Pfizer and successful consumer environments and product analogs, you will implement best practices in digital product design and user engagement.
  • Partner Management: Identify and source key third party partners to deliver required service capabilities and technology integration according to the defined program strategy and product roadmap. You will work closely the established partnership group in the U.S. Commercial division to bring new partners on board, manage contracting and relationships and ensure delivery of agreed capabilities.
  • Budget Management: Manage overall program operating expenditures, capital investment, and media budget allocation, phasing and adjustments. You will be responsible for optimizing resource allocation and ensuring financial efficiency according to planning cycles and emerging portfolio dynamics.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a cross-functional platform team, including product design, development and engineering, marketing, and performance measurement, as well as partners across service providers, technology and creative agencies. You will ensure effective collaboration and communication across these teams, acting as one program team to drive success of PfizerForAll.
  • Executive Reporting: Represent program performance, progress, and strategy to Pfizer executive leadership. You will provide regular updates and insights to senior executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing support and resources.

Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, the successful candidate should possess the following capability profile and background:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree required. An MBA or equivalent Masters qualification is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in business management and strategy.
  • Digital Expertise:
    • Extensive experience is required in digital and external product development.
    • You should have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products at Pfizer or in other organizations.
    • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory considerations specific to digital health product development and proven experience in using technology and digital experiences to improve patient outcomes and improve the consumer experience.
  • Healthcare Experience:
    • 15+ years of experience in healthcare and/or digital health.
    • A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the role of biopharmaceutical manufacturers relative to other stakeholders and partner groups, including Retail Pharmacy, will be essential for driving the success of PfizerForAll.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven senior stakeholder management and leadership experience.
    • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and influencing decision-makers.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $205,400.00 to $342,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The United States salary range provided does not apply to Tampa, FL or any location outside of the United States.

The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $184,900.00 to $308,100.00.
