Job Title: Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Healthcare Experience Senior Manager

The Omnichannel Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the healthcare experience Sr manager to lead Pfizer digital strategy, while acting as an advisor to marketing teams on how ensure effectiveness and on-going optimization of content and channel performance, driving a best-in-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor on how to design, produce and distribute content for different channels and build capabilities among marketers to create omni-channel content creation & management skills.

  • Website management
  • Digital media and search campaigns
  • Researching market trends.
  • Provides a consistent "One Pfizer" approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge and experience for personalized content based on device, location, and customer preferences.
  • Leverage Insights, analytics, and core knowledge, to create implementation strategies across channels, working with Country Brand leads, Marketers, Customer Experience and other commercial colleagues
  • Customer journey mapping and on-going optimization using analysis tools and support the brand teams with Omnichannel reporting.
  • Agencies management and coordination
  • Full accountability of end-to-end marketing process
  • Act as a change agent by pairing knowledge of cross-industry best practices with an understanding of customer needs and bringing them to market in collaboration with global and regional teams
  • Lead & implement cross-functional marketing strategies

  • Requirements:

    • Degree in business, marketing or healthcare-related discipline (pharma Industry or agency experience preferred)
    • Track record of cross-functional, multi-level project leadership and management, strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience in multichannel/omnichannel marketing is essential either on the client or agency experience.
    • A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and organizational skills, self-motivated, result driven and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to manage multiple project timelines with critical deadlines and interdependencies in a highly matrixed organization
    • Project, time management and organizational ability
    • Experience in user-centered design methods and techniques & Agile methodology
    • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM with preferably social media campaign management experience
    • Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships. English & Spanish required
    • Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization
    • Ability to prioritize assignments to meet multiple deadlines with shifting priorities
    • Knowledge and management of Adobe platforms is preferred, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Franklin platforms (CMS's).
    • Knowledge in the application of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
