ROLE SUMMARY

  • Non-sales commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs in the field of Gene Therapy. Purpose to improve the impact on patients and society. Create better customer experience.
  • Field based, direct-access SME for brands that require enhanced patient care and HCP support skills not provided by sales-based FF. HCP interactions occur in-person and/or virtually.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides direct access subject matter expertise for HCPs and Patients regarding "All I need to know about my medicine" for specialised medication-specific support, that can go directly to customer and proactively support category strategy development via HCP interaction feedback collection.
  • Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content and actively engage medical and cross functional SME to address customer inquires if needed.
  • Support medicine availability at hospital levels through communicating the value of Pfizer medicines and vaccines by working closely with category and marketing team and proactively develop action plan.
  • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms and develop omni-channel plan for HCP individual. (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
  • Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise and feedback to marketing for product patient education program evolution.
  • Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy.
  • Direct line of communication to HCPs regarding patient insights for optimal patient selection and treatment (future opportunities and risks).
  • Provide in-services to HCPs within hospitals and clinics for launch brands.
  • Engages with HCPs both virtually and face-to-face depending on need.
  • Responsible for assigned customers in Central area

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Base degree Science equivalent. Advanced degree a plus.
  • Able to collect market insight via deep dive conversation with HCPs.
  • Excellent medical-to-medical communication skill, MSL experience is plus.
  • Strong teamwork ad collaboration skill with cross functional team.
  • Have an established track record of coalition building in complex environments.
